Right of withdrawal
Under Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, private consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days, without having to justify the decision.
Requesting a return
Send us a request by email or call us, stating the order number and the products being returned. We will confirm the return address and the next steps.
Conditions
Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, undamaged and complete, together with the fiscal documents. Opened membrane rolls, products cut to size and prepared materials cannot be returned.
Refunds
We refund the amounts received within a maximum of 14 days from the date we are informed of the withdrawal, using the same payment method as the original order.
Return costs
The cost of returning products is borne by the customer, except where the delivered product is wrong, defective or does not match the order.
Non-conforming products
If you received a wrong or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We collect the product at our expense and either replace it or refund its value.
